• Setup Assistance: Premium guided setup process for configuring device restrictions

3. Commitment and Lock Policy

IMPORTANT: NO EARLY UNLOCK POLICY

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Lock durations are irreversible and binding for the chosen period
• No early unlock requests will be honored under any circumstances
• Emergency situations do not constitute grounds for early unlock
• Technical support cannot and will not provide bypass methods
• Device restrictions will remain active until the natural expiration date

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Follow voice passcode instructions without attempting to memorize or save the passcode
• Complete the full 20-step setup process as designed
• Disable Find My iPhone and sign out of iCloud as instructed during setup
• Not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable Screen Time restrictions
• Not share your account or activation codes with others

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer our voice passcode system
• Share methods for bypassing restrictions
• Use the service for anyone under 18 years of age
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Abuse our referral program through fraudulent activity
• Attempt to access other users' account information

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $19/month, billed monthly, lock duration up to 30 days per device
• 6-Month Plan: $15/month ($90 every 6 months), lock duration up to 180 days per device
• Annual Plan: $12/month ($144 annually), lock duration up to 365 days per device

All plans include management of up to 5 devices, voice-assisted passcode generation, and email support.

6.2 Billing and Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and assessments related to your purchase
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

6.3 Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel
• You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan
• You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period
• Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund for the current billing period

6.4 STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY - IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Available ONLY if you have not added any devices to your account. This means you must request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase AND you must not have added a single device to your account.
• Once a Device is Added - NO REFUNDS: The moment you add your first device to QuitPorn.io, you forfeit all refund rights. All sales become final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No Exceptions: We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:
  • Partial billing periods if you cancel mid-cycle
  • Emergency situations or life changes
  • Dissatisfaction with the service after adding a device
  • Inability to access content during your lock period
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Technical difficulties or user error
  • Alleged non-use of the service
  • Claims that you "didn't understand" the service
• Fraudulent Refund Requests: Attempting to obtain unauthorized refunds through chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims will result in:
  • Immediate account termination
  • Reporting to fraud prevention services
  • Potential legal action to recover costs and damages
  • Permanent ban from using QuitPorn.io
• Chargeback Protection: By using our service, you agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in debt collection, reporting to credit agencies, and legal action.

6.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
• No refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of your subscription
• Active device locks will remain in effect until their natural expiration even after cancellation

6.6 Payment Failures

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 48 hours
• Continued payment failures may result in service suspension or termination
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees and collection costs
• Service suspension does not remove active device locks

7. NO EARLY UNLOCK - NO PASSCODE RECOVERY BEFORE EXPIRATION

CRITICAL - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICE

By using QuitPorn.io, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following non-negotiable policies:

• No Early Unlock Under Any Circumstances: Once you lock a device, you CANNOT unlock it before the scheduled expiration date. This is the core feature of our service.
• No Passcode Recovery Exceptions: We will not provide your Screen Time passcode before your lock period expires, regardless of the reason:
  • Medical emergencies do not qualify for early unlock
  • Family emergencies do not qualify for early unlock
  • Work-related needs do not qualify for early unlock
  • Travel or relocation do not qualify for early unlock
  • Device malfunction does not qualify for early unlock
  • Change of mind does not qualify for early unlock
  • "I need access urgently" does not qualify for early unlock
• Technical Support Cannot Help: Our support team is explicitly prohibited from providing bypass methods, early passcodes, or any assistance in circumventing your lock.
• Legal Action Will Not Work: Courts and legal authorities cannot compel us to provide early unlock as you are voluntarily accepting these terms.
• You Accept Full Responsibility: By setting a lock duration, you accept sole responsibility for any inconvenience, consequences, or impacts on your life during that period.
• Test With Short Durations First: We strongly recommend testing with a 24-48 hour lock before committing to longer durations to ensure you understand the implications.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RKM LABS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• Warranties that the service will help you quit pornography or achieve recovery
• Warranties that device locks cannot be bypassed (while highly effective, determined users may find workarounds)

While we implement robust technical measures to prevent bypass, we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness. Recovery requires personal commitment beyond technological solutions. No software-based solution is completely foolproof.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that your use will result in addiction recovery. Results vary by individual commitment, and we make no promises regarding outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

READ CAREFULLY - THIS SECTION LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RKM LABS LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Direct Damages: Any direct damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional distress or mental anguish
  • Personal or professional consequences of being unable to access your device
  • Emergency situations where device access was needed
  • Costs of replacement services
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Service Interruptions: Service outages, downtime, data loss, or technical failures
• Third-Party Services: Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (Clerk, Stripe, hosting providers)
• User Error: Mistakes in setting lock durations, accidental locks, or misunderstanding of features
• Device Issues: Device malfunctions, loss, theft, or damage while locked
• Bypass Workarounds: Any methods discovered to bypass restrictions
• Recovery Outcomes: Failure to achieve pornography addiction recovery or any health outcomes
• Content Blocking: Failure to block all inappropriate content or over-blocking of legitimate content

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our referral program rewards you for successful referrals:

• 1 successful referral = 1 free month
• 2 successful referrals = 6 free months total
• 3 successful referrals = 12 free months total
• A referral is "successful" when the referee pays for a subscription
• Free months are applied automatically to your next renewal
• We reserve the right to cancel rewards for fraudulent referrals
• Referral tracking uses cookies and IP addresses for fraud prevention

10. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuitPorn.io. Our service is designed for adults seeking addiction recovery support.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Intellectual Property

14. Termination and Account Suspension

14.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 6.5.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse
• Providing false information during registration
• Abuse of our referral program
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our service
• Harassment of staff or other users
• Non-payment or payment fraud
• Any activity that harms or could harm QuitPorn.io or its users

14.3 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases
• You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination
• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including termination for violation
• IMPORTANT: Active device locks will remain in effect until their natural expiration date, even after account termination
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@quitporn.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You must provide a detailed description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the United Kingdom.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, NOT AS A CLASS ACTION.You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RKM LABS LTD.

15.4 Exceptions

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom, for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email to the address associated with your account
• Display a prominent notice on our service

Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

20. No Waiver

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

22. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
