During setup, you will set a passcode following our guided instructions. The passcode is encrypted and stored securely until your lock period expires.

Passcodes are encrypted and securely stored in our database. They are only accessible when your lock expires, and only by you through the "Reveal Passcode" button.

No. There is no emergency unlock, no early reveal, no bypass. The passcode is only revealed when your scheduled lock period expires. This commitment is what makes the system effective.

Your Dashboard shows all devices with their status including days remaining, expiration date, and lock mode. Check your device card anytime.

When your lock expires, device status changes to "Expired". Click "Reveal Passcode" button on your Dashboard device card to see your 4-digit passcode with instructions.

Status automatically changes from "Active" to "Expired". Passcode becomes available immediately. You will see the "Reveal Passcode" button.

No. The system will show an error with days remaining. This is a core security feature with no exceptions or emergency access.

If you lose account access, you cannot retrieve your passcode until lock expires naturally. Keep your email and password secure. Change them in Settings if needed.

Pending: Setup started but not completed. Shows "Continue Setup" button.

Active (Locked): Setup complete, device is locked. Shows days remaining and expiration date.

Expired: Lock period ended. Shows "Reveal Passcode" button.

Each card shows: device nickname, platform, status badge, days remaining, expiration date, and lock mode. Active devices show real-time countdown.

Contact support@quitporn.io to delete devices. Note: Deleting a device does NOT unlock it - the passcode restriction remains on the device itself.

You can set up your new phone as a new device (up to 5-device limit). Your old device lock remains active and passcode will be revealed on its original expiration date.

Yes! After lock expires, reveal passcode, disable restrictions, then set up the device again with a new lock period and new passcode.

Ensure volume is up and device not on silent. Setup includes volume check. Try headphones or check browser audio permissions if issues persist.

Yes! Your account is cloud-based. Access Dashboard, Settings, and devices from any browser on any device. Just sign in with your credentials.

Yes. Industry-standard encryption for all sensitive data. Authentication via Clerk. Passcodes encrypted at rest, only decrypted upon legitimate expiration reveal.

Device locks remain active (enforced by device, not servers). However, you cannot access Dashboard or reveal passcodes until service restores. We maintain high uptime.

QuitPorn.io blocks adult websites, explicit content, and adult apps. The blocking system works across all browsers and apps on your device.

During setup, you can configure which apps and content categories to block based on your recovery goals.

No. Our system is designed to be unbreakable during your chosen commitment period. The restrictions cannot be bypassed until your lock expires.
